Philadelphia and intercity schools have historically lacked resources to connect students with professionals successful in their fields. To help students thrive, I wanted to create a program where each student has the opportunity to individually connect with a mentor successful in his or her profession, form a relationship, and witness students reach their potential.

To connect high school students with professionals successful in their fields to develop an elongated mentorship, to help students assess whether their selected career path may or may not be the right fit, or simply for students to have a cup of coffee with a professional and ask a few questions.
